SUPPORT ASMS
ASMS enjoys a high level of support from corporate and individual donors throughout our community. Tuition revenue covers only sixty percent of the actual cost of an ASMS education. The generous contributions of our donors make it possible for our dedicated faculty to provide all that is best for our students, while ensuring tuition costs are kept low and financial aid packages are available to families.

Corning Incorporated offers to pay the credit card fee for Corning Inc. employees who make a gift through the internal website. They will also automatically match the gift.
Gifts of Securities
ASMS is able to accept gifts of appreciated stock or mutual funds through its account at Merrill Lynch. Transfer instructions may be obtained by contacting our financial advisor: Cornfield Group, Merrill Lynch, 800-318-1443. Please notify Jessica Ortiz at ortizjo@tasms.com of all gifts of securities on or before the transfer date.​​​
Matching Gifts
ASMS is recognized as a non-profit accredited school that qualifies for matching gifts by corporate foundations. ASMS receives substantial funding from matching gift programs each year, for which we are greatly appreciative. Corning Incorporated's employees process their matching gift requests through the Corning Foundation's online system once they receive the donation acknowledgment letter from ASMS. Matching gift forms from other corporations may be sent with the employee's donation or directed to Jessica Ortiz at the school's mailing address. ​
Tax Deductibility of Gifts
ASMS is an NYS Education Corporation with an absolute charter from the University of the State of New York Education Department. It has been granted 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service. All gifts to ASMS are deductible for federal and NYS income tax in the year the gift is made.
